Perfect basic ingredient to prepare tablets, syrups and to add to the sugar paste to have greater elasticity without crystallizing. Also suitable for mousses and ice creams.
Ingredients : glucose syrup. Dextrose Equivalent between 36g and 39g per 100g. It may contain traces of milk, egg, soy and nuts.
Advice for storage : Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and heat sources. Once opened, the product can be kept tightly closed until the expiry date indicated.
