How to use :
- To make fragrant meringues and pavlova: Whip 300 g of mix with 90 g of hot water for about 10 minutes until the mixture is firm and firm. Transfer the mixture into a sac à poche and form small tufts on a sheet of baking paper. Cook for about 2 hours in a pre-heated oven at 60-80°C. (*Approximately 80 meringues with a diameter of 2.5 cm).
- Perfect for covering and decorating sweets: whip 300 g of mix with 90 g of hot water until you get the desired consistency. You will be able to create decorations with a solid structure but soft to the taste.
- Ideal for stabilizing buttercream: use your usual recipe and add 30g of mix per 500g of butter. You will get a perfect buttercream!
Ingredients : sugar, milk proteins, maltodextrins, salt, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, sesame, sulfur dioxide and their derivatives.
