  • Strong: to be used to make 3D flowers and puppets, with 15 g of cold water.
  • Medium: ideal for decorating edges
    and garlands with pastry bags and croissants and for covering cakes and cupcakes, with 20 g of cold water.
  • Soft: suitable for „embroidery“ effect decoration and for writing, with 25 g of cold water.

Ingredients : sugar, modified starch; chicken egg white powder, salt; thickener: acacia gum; maltodextrins; acidifier: citric acid; aromas. May contain traces of milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, celery, sesame, sulfur dioxide and nuts.
