Easy to use: the practical drop format allows rapid and uniform dissolution; Ideal for tempering, rehydration and processing of chocolate: just add a few disks of already melted cocoa butter to the melted chocolate to obtain a more creamy and homogeneous structure; It is an excellent base to mix with dyes to obtain colored chocolate, to be applied with a brush.
